This wig is of really good quality, and I just adore it! The hair feels super soft 😍😍. I'm really pleased with my buy.

The hair showed up a month late. The site has a photo, but it doesn’t mention that it’ll look totally different unless you fork out for the styling and the so-called 'custom colour.' You can’t even see what that colour is (which is kinda the whole point, right?). If you bring up that it doesn’t match what they advertised, they’ll just point out that their site says the colour might vary *even if it’s clear to everyone that it’s way off*. They don’t do refunds, no matter the situation—whether they haven’t even started processing your order or if it’s late (they claimed 10-15 working days, but that didn’t happen) or if it shows up not as described. I’m really not pleased with this at all.

Delivery was super quick, and as a loyal customer, Silqmist always comes through for me 😍😍😍. The tapes are amazing and really easy to put on, especially if you ain't near a salon 🤩.

I bought this hair more than 2 years back, and it’s been dyed, straightened, and curled, but it still feels silky and high-quality. Sure, it might cost a bit more, but you’re really investing in something that lasts and is worth every penny!

I really can't complain about the customer service. I received some gift cards for Silqmist and made a few purchases. I reached out to them about getting my order before Christmas, especially with all the strikes going on, and they managed to get my orders to me super quick.

Now, about the water wave hair quality—I'm not too thrilled. It's got this red tint from dyeing, but man, it's really dry and sheds quite a bit. I’ve been trying to keep it hydrated with water and leave-in conditioner, sleep on satin pillows, and use a wide-tooth comb, but it just doesn’t seem like it’s gonna be the kind of hair I can keep for the long haul, which was my plan. I get that after dyeing, it won’t be the same as virgin hair, but honestly, I’ve had cheaper bundles from Aliexpress that took color way better than this.

Just yesterday, I took the bundles out, deep conditioned them, and put them back in, so fingers crossed I can fix this dryness and at least make the best of what I’ve got.

The customer support team is super quick. This is my first time purchasing a wig from this site, and I’d totally buy another one. The quality is fantastic.

Seriously, don’t bother with this business! I reached out to them to buy a blond wig and specifically requested that the roots be dyed ombre black. They agreed, and I went ahead and paid.

When I showed up for the first installation, I noticed the back of the wig wasn’t dyed at all, and I raised my concerns. Since the stylist didn’t speak English, another woman came over and convinced me to go ahead with the installation, saying it would look better once it was on. But after it was installed, I was still not satisfied. I spoke to the so-called manager over the phone, who told me to take the wig off and send it back for a re-dye.

What followed was a total mess. When I returned for the next fitting, the wig that had been blond with black roots was now a weird grey color. They let me travel all the way to Dartford knowing it wasn’t right! I was furious because they had my money since July, and now it was August! Another staff member came over, promising to fix things.

On my third visit, I asked for a photo of the wig beforehand because I didn’t want to waste my time again. They sent me a picture, but once more, the dye job was wrong and it looked orange! I couldn’t believe the staff didn’t realize this was nothing like what I wanted. The original wig was fine except for the back, so how were they messing it up so badly now? Eventually, the salon admitted they didn’t have the skills to get it right and refunded me, but they kept £70 for the installation from my first visit. When I complained, they said I was satisfied with the installation and that they had already paid the stylist. So, I ended up paying £70 just to sit in Dartford for two hours, then take the wig off and return it! What a complete waste of my time and money! I’ve been going in circles since July and still haven’t seen my £70!

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. The owner is based in Nigeria and clearly doesn’t care about customer service or satisfaction; they just want your cash!
